World War I Remembrance Tour in Champagne

Learn about the key stories, the course, the battles, the impacts of the generals' strategy, their interactions and issues, the weather conditions, the equipment of the French soldiers vs. the German troops, the Parisian "taxis of the Marne" episode etc. plus a few figures and indications of who is who, leaving time for some silence to reflect.

You will be able to spend the day visiting WW1 memorial sites and cemeteries or we can select the most important one or those of your choice and including a champagne house visit and tasting in the middle and possibly at the end of the day depending on where we are dropping you off, for example if we drop you off in Reims you have the choice of visiting the Surrender Museum or Saint Remy or the famous Cathedral de Notre Dame.

This tour theme can be adapted to a 5hr highlights around Chateau Theirry or an overnight tour covering more sites and more champagne producer visits.
